Built to fix what's broken in hiring
Founded in 2022, Hire Wise started with a simple frustration: recruitment was slow, opaque, and impersonal. Candidates were sending hundreds of CVs into a black hole. Employers were drowning in unqualified applications.
We built Hire Wise to fix that. By combining a hands-on recruitment team with AI-powered tools — CV rewriting, ATS scoring, LinkedIn optimisation — we give every candidate a genuine shot and every employer a curated shortlist within 72 hours.
Today we actively place candidates across Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and every major city in India — across IT, non-IT, and remote roles.
